Who says that a boudoir session is only sexy when you have slinky lingerie?

I like to think that everyday pieces can make a woman feel just as breathtakingly beautiful as some fancy Agent Provocateur skivvies! I can’t tell you how often I hear my clients tell me things like, “My hubby LOVES it when I wear knee-high socks!” Or a babe will tell me, “I have all these slinky nighties and my boyfriend tends to pounce on me more when I’m just lounging on the couch in a tank and shorts!” I hear it so much! But I also love it so much! I adore that I can help realize that everyday pieces that they wear are equally as sexy and to help them see all the ways that they are beautiful in the eyes of their loved ones.

For my session with the lovely Miss S, she’s a bit of a surfer babe…think long wavy hair, a tank top lover, and things that mix perfectly with the ocean living lifestyle! So she brought along a mix of comfy bralettes, tanks, cardigans, bodysuits, and then threw in one really fun, special piece…some vintage lingerie! The vintage piece actually belonged to her grandmother, so it made it even that much more special! But the piece was soft and ageless and so perfect for her boudoir session! It shows that you don’t need the most fashion-forward pieces, but stunning classics can make you feel like a timeless beauty as well!
