A boudoir shoot as a gift to yourself to celebrate turning 40? Yes, please! That’s exactly what this beautiful St Pete mama did + I think every woman needs to do at some point as a gift to herself.
The lovely Ms. N. is a fashion stylist and a mama that is always behind the camera instead of in front of it. She decided for her 40th that she wanted to do something for herself – to embrace stepping outside of her comfort zone and booking a boudoir session with me. And I’m so glad that she did! With her fashion background, we definitely got some really amazing + fun shots that really exemplified her personality + style. I could see as we progressed through the hair + makeup and then into the shoot how her confidence just grew as we moved along. Ms. N also said that after years of transition and identity struggles, she finally felt healthy + ready to commemorate her growth with this empowering session. Let me just say, she freakin’ nailed it! Such amazing + powerful images of such a strong + wonderful woman! What a way to start a new decade!
