Dr. Alysondra Duke reached out to me while she was going through a rebranding with her psychology and emotional wellness coaching business. She was ready to switch up the vibe of website + social media and needed some photos that were in alignment so she could attract her ideal clients.
When she first contacted me, she referenced that she wanted these photos to be a mix between headshots + boudoir photos and I knew straight away that we’d get along amazingly! With Dr. Alysondra‘s business, her goal is to help high-achieving women step into their full power in life and in business while also embracing their sexuality so they can feel more authentic and achieve more joy + pleasure in their lives. Ummm…yes! That is right up my alley!
As I’ve mentioned before, when it comes to doing a personal branding session with me, these aren’t just your average “headshot” session. While a headshot photoshoot may give you some beautiful photos, these sessions give you a heck of a lot more and will help you discover your personal brand so you can differentiate yourself from the crowd. Together, we will plan an unforgettable photoshoot, complete with professional hair and makeup, styling, creative direction, and planning that will result in photos that are perfect for your website, brand collateral, social media, and more.
For Dr. Alysondra, we wanted to capture photos that were fun + edgy but also had some sophistication to them. We also wanted to create a feeling of authenticity that would allow her clients to feel loved + connected to her. And we definitely wanted to play up on the sensuality + warmth that she invites into her business. We chose a warm color palette that plays on love + sophistication so well – burgundy red, earth tones, black + golds.
We chose a few different scenes around Gulfport + St Pete Beach for her session – first in her own home to give her some cozy + sensual vibes with champagne + candles included (and her adorable sweet pup!) Then we finished off with some “old Florida elegant” at the Don CeSar – incorporating the Pink Palace aesthetics and the timeless vibe of their 1920’s era styled lobby bar. We seriously had SUCH a blast at her shoot and it’s been so fun to see her incorporating her images on her website + on her social media.
After her session, when she first received her images, this was the reaction she sent me:
“OMG I just got home and looked at them!! I wanted to wait to see them on my computer! AND HOLY FUCK!!!!!! I’ve never loved so many photos of myself!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!! You’re incredible!! Wow! WOW! WOW!!”
