This is experience is about reclaiming your inner strength and helping you thrive as the unique badass that you are (with me alongside as your personal hype-woman!). WHAT'S INCLUDED:
A 1-hour boldHER portrait session, one complimentary digital image + a $100 credit to purchase additional digital images. SPECIFICS:
These sessions will take place between February 7th - 11th at an agreed-upon location in the Pinellas County area that will be the perfect backdrop to telling your unique story. Do look in the mirror and constantly see your flaws? Are you always talking down to yourself when you mess things up? Let me tell you...it happens to the best of us. But it doesn't mean you should keep doing it to yourself. Being mean to yourself for your flaws is NOT going to put you on the fast track to being where you want to be. If anything, it's going to push you back farther. If you want to see changes in your life, you have to believe in yourself FIRST. Self-confidence doesn't come from losing those last pesky 15 lbs or getting a new hairdo or snagging the well sought after gig, it comes from your ability to trust yourself and know that you WILL create the changes you want + desire. What is your self-concept for yourself? Do you consider yourself lazy? perfectionist? procrastinator? not good enough? a hot mess express? 😉 Did you know that you don't have to be stuck in a self-concept of yourself that you don’t find endearing? That you have the power to change it? Your self-concept is not necessarily aligned with reality. As a survival mechanism, our brain likes us to prove that we are "right" and will seek out evidence to this even if it's not what we want (ie, hot mess express - "look, I spilled coffee on myself!", "I'm never on time!", "I'm wearing two different shoes!"). The same happens when you buy a red car and now "everyone is driving a red car!" It's your mind seeking confirmation bias to its beliefs. So what if instead, you believed you are the best at what you do? That you can be at the top of your game? That you could be a millionaire in the next few years? Dear International travel...I'm hoping you are still in the cards for me for 2022! There's been a little wrinkle in my plans to finally get in my trip to Spain, Portugal, + Morocco this spring (after 2 years of waiting!). Currently, Morocco has extended their halt on passenger flights into the country through January 31st. The planner in me wants to KNOW that I will definitely get to go, so not being able to get my flights booked + confirmed yet is driving my perfectionist mindset crazy! I want this trip to go without a hitch so badly! But I'm learning that you just have to go with the flow. Things will never be 100% certain, and that's okay. Maybe I will get to go on my trip? Maybe I won't. Or maybe it will be a different trip. But the only thing I get to control is how I react to these hiccups. I plan to move forward with the thought, "It will happen exactly how it's supposed to happen, and that's okay." This puts me more at peace + able to take action in a proactive way vs from a victim mentality. Are you mentally ready for the hiccups that 2022 is going to throw at you? (Because they will happen).
