If you haven’t caught up with the first two parts of my trip, be sure to go here for part 1 and here for part 2.
After an amazing few days over on the west coast of Ireland, me and the girls headed back over to the east side of the country and got to spend a night in probably the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed in…the Ritz-Carlton Powerscourt in Country Wicklow. I seriously was blown away by all the details that made our stay there amazing. The TV in the bathroom mirror. The electronically run drapes. The bed turn down while we were at dinner. The robes and slippers. Everything. was. amazing. Wish I could afford to stay at a Ritz more often! Haha.
That evening we ate at Gordan Ramsay at Powerscourt in the hotel and let me just say it was divine! We even got a personal tour of the kitchen. Very cool!
And the pool at the hotel was to die for! So tranquil with Swarovski crystal lit indoor pool, and the nicest pool showers I’ve ever seen! (Can you tell by my fawning that I don’t indulge in the lap of luxury all that often?! Haha)
The next morning, Rhiannon and I took a stroll on the garden walk of the Powerscourt gardens and is were we got many of the photos that we got for her portrait session that you can find here.
After a wonderful and short-lived stay at this fancy schmancy hotel, we head back towards Dublin with a little surprise up our sleeves for Shera. Little did she know that her boyfriend and his friend Grant would be making a surprise appearance! Boy was she surprised! Haha.
We did a double decker bus tour and got to see St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Then it was on to get a tour of the famous Guinness Storehouse!
We attempted to do a tour of the Jameson Distillery too, but the tours were sold out for the day. 🙁
I even got to see a Leprechaun Museum while we were there! So adorable!
And if you want to know about nightlife in Dublin, my favorite spots were the Morgan Bar and Gogarty’s.
And I will leave you with a few pretty images from the Ha Penny Bridge.
