As much as we all love a good beach, sometimes we need to get a little creative with finding new inspiration for locations to photograph in Florida. With this session we were able to transport to the fields of Africa with some safari wedding inspiration.
If you caught part 1 of this styled shoot – we gave you a little bit of simple + organic beach inspiration. As we continued our session around Fort De Soto with a change of clothes, we couldn’t help but feel like we were being transported to somewhere in Africa. We started with some palm tree backgrounds but then continued to a field away from the beach. With tall grassy plains & low shrubbery type bushes…I almost anticipated an elephant or rhino to appear…almost. 😉 Our bride wore a breezy, cotton dress from Free People with a beautiful floral crown from Emma’s Flowers, while our groom wore a cotton button down and slacks. Lauren DeCosimo kept our bride with soft, loose curls which were perfect with the florals and the earthy & muted tones in their attire. After taking these photos I’m ready for a real safari trip! Who’s with me? 🙂
